Ellen Muscato
I am the Instructional Coach for Soaring Hawk and support the professional learning and collaboration of the staff. A part of this role includes coaching new teachers to the profession and ensuring new teachers to SHE transition smoothly into our system.
I was on SHE's opening team almost 20 years ago. I've served as a classroom teacher, worked in district level positions, provided consultation for schools in several states seeking improvement and was the Colorado Teacher of the Year finalist. In addition to my work with SHE, I am a university affiliate faculty member.
